Terms of Service

Before Arizona Computer Guru performs any repair work we ask that you proceed to Google Checkout and pre-pay for an hour of service.  This payment will only be for account verification purposes, and you will not be charged until services are completed.  Sessions lasting a half hour or less will only be charged for a half hour, and of course, if it can’t be fixed, it’s free! 

If a problem arises during the session that cannot be resolved remotely, we may ask you  to bring your computer to the shop, or, if you prefer, we can schedule an onsite appointment.  In this case, any pre-payments made in Google Checkout will be cancelled.  Please note if you are connecting from a city other than Tucson, AZ, our technicians may not be able to fix problems that require an onsite appointment.

By connecting with Arizona Computer Guru you agree to the rate of $65/hr with a half-hour minimum.  You acknowledge that there is always risk when it comes to computer work and, except in cases of gross negligence, you agree to hold Arizona Computer Guru harmless.
